Michel Rodriguez
Michel Rodríguez is one of the leading hitting instructors in Northern California. He is a local favorite, having worked with players from 5 years old to college age. Born in Havana, Michel played professionally as an outfielder for seven years on two well known major teams in Cuba, Industriales and Metropolitanos.

Working with Michel provides players with a highly positive, character-building experience.
Tad Finnie
Tad Finnie has 10 years of experience coaching youth baseball and softball, including private lessons, clinics, camps, travel teams, and high school. He specializes in fundamental instruction for young players starting at age 4 but works with players of all ages and ability levels to help every player achieve their goals and realize their potential.
Jerry Gaitan
I am Jerry Gaitan, a former NCAA D2 baseball player from Holy Names University. Before studying at Holy Names, I studied at Laney Community College where I made First Team All Bay Valley Conference leading my team in home runs. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Communications with an emphasis in Digital Media. I’m working on getting my certificate to be a personal trainer and specializing in youth exercise development.
I am excited to share all of the knowledge I’ve gained throughout my years of playing. Although my career was cut short due to injuries, I feel like I can help inspire kids and help them develop into the player they want to be.

Tyler Quintanilla
Tyler was a dual-position player throughout high school, excelling in both pitching and hitting before shifting his focus solely to pitching during his junior year of college. He played at College of Marin, Hawai’i Pacific University, and American River College, where he was a nominee for Conference Pitcher of the Year.
Coming out of American River, Tyler earned two Division 1 offers before continuing his playing career.
Beyond college, Tyler competed in the Dairyland League, where he helped lead his team to a 2021 championship. In 2024, he served as the Pitching Coach for the Menlo Park Legends collegiate summer team helping the team earn a season ERA of 2.5.
As a coach, Tyler’s mission is to develop athletes of all skill levels to excel both on and off the field. He believes that baseball is not just about physical skills, but also about discipline, grit, and teamwork—values that shape young players and the future of the game.
Tyler serves as the Pitching Coach for Legends, primarily directing in Marin, where he continues to bring passion, knowledge, and a relentless commitment to player development.

Coach James is a certified personal trainer and baseball coach who believes real development starts with the fundamentals — movement quality, mindset, and consistency. His philosophy blends strength and conditioning, clean mechanics, and mental awareness to help athletes build a foundation that holds up over time, not just for one season. With experience working with youth and competitive players across the Bay Area, he prioritizes long-term growth, accountability, and teaching the game the right way.

Coach Roberto brings more than 25 years of experience developing youth, amateur, and competitive baseball players. Throughout his coaching career, he has worked with athletes at every level, from Little League and All-Stars to travel ball, high school, collegiate, and semi-professional baseball.
At 365 Baseball & Softball, Coach Roberto is committed to helping players build a strong foundation of baseball fundamentals while developing the confidence, discipline, and work habits necessary for long-term success. His coaching philosophy focuses on teaching players how to understand and utilize their bodies efficiently, helping them improve performance while reducing the risk of injury.
Using a combination of modern technology, including HitTrax data analysis, and proven training methods, Coach Roberto helps players improve hitting mechanics, increase exit velocity, optimize launch angles, enhance base-running efficiency, and develop stronger defensive skills. Every athlete receives individualized instruction designed to fit their unique strengths, goals, and stage of development.
Coach Roberto has successfully helped numerous athletes advance to the collegiate level, earning opportunities to compete in NCAA baseball programs. His ability to combine technical instruction with player mentorship has made him one of the most respected instructors in the region.
